We have a part-time position that sit within our Community Experience & Services team that would work across Te Takeretanga o kura-hau-pó and across our other community facilities, Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom and Shannon Library. This role will provide customer service for both external and internal customers by receiving and responding to all enquiries and requests in person and by phone, You will be receiving and processing payments over the counter and providing support and administration services to the community and wider Council.
This is an opportunity to make a difference in our community, transforming not only our regional economy, but also the lives of those who call Horowhenua home – now and in the future.
10 hours per week

Drawing from your experience in a customer-facing role, you’ll bring confident communication skills and the ability to connect with everyone you encounter. You’re driven to provide top-notch service, quickly resolve issues, and take decisive action when needed. Experience in cash handling would be an advantage.
